With all of us ladies at 4^th & Reckless turning to the charity Coppa Feel for all the information on how to check ourselves we felt it was only right to relay the information to our customers this breast cancer awareness month.

 

Getting to know your normal is the key to spotting any changes which can potentially be a sign of something wrong and is vital part in the early prevention and diagnosis of breast cancer.

 

Something as simple as checking your breasts could end up saving your life, and it’s not just us women. Everyone has breast tissue so no matter what your gender, use the diagram above on how to check yourself, something which only takes 10 minutes of your day and should be a part of a monthly routine.
