Returns Policy
ALL UK RETURNS COST £2.95 WHICH WILL BE MADE PAYABLE BY THE CUSTOMER.
THE RETURN FEE FOR US/EU ORDERS VARIES DEPENDING ON WHERE YOU LIVE
For UK customers, we are happy to accept returns within 14 days of your order date. If 14 days has passed, unfortunately, we are unable to accept your return.
To be eligible for a refund, your item/s must be returned in the original condition, unworn with tags attached.
Once you have registered your return, please send your return parcel to us within 7 days of your return being registered.
Once your return is received, it will be inspected by our returns team. If your item/s are not in the original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, we must reject your return and we cannot process a refund.
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for UK customers only. Simply choose to exchange your item(s) on our returns portal - you can exchange your item for a different size or different item subject to availability.
Note: If the original item purchased was part of a promotion or discount, the exchange amount is to the value of the original price paid.

Refunds & Exchanges
We kindly ask that you allow 10 working days from the date your return reaches our warehouse for your refund to be processed or your exchanged to be fulfilled. If you still haven't received your refund or exchange in the given time frame, please contact us at customercare@4thandreckless.com and we will look into this for you.
We do not refund the original delivery fee.
