This week we speak to the design team to discuss everything material sourcing. An essential part of the 4th studio design process.
As a design team, we put a lot of consideration into the fabric and trim selection in everything we design. From our classic tailored blazers to our knee high boots, every fabric has been hand selected by our team.
Periodically, we spend our year visiting international textile markets. This can often involve spending days on our feet, hunting for materials which meet our mark in both originality and quality.
Hardware is a massive focus for us as a team and has become a brand signature. We love adding hardware details to our garms and footwear in the form of buckles, clasps and zippers.
Colour, texture and hand feel are all super important factors in our selection process. We always want to use the best quality fabrics and trims available, that will stand the test of time and make beautiful items that you, our customers will love for years.
